We were engaged by our client to perform full project management and construction management services. Our role was to act as the clients representative and included the engagement of all sub-contractors and suppliers direct to the client along with onsite co-ordination of trades for successful delivery of the project. We managed all trade co-ordination, pre-Contract and onsite HSE, quality control and regulatory inspections and was delivered on budget and to a very strict timeframe. The project is the only certified Climate Positive co-working/shared office space in Aotearoa and was also a trial for a revolutionary new framework for managing onsite contractor mental health, CONVOS in Construction
