Duncan responded very quickly to my initial enquiry. He was flexible when it came to a time to come on site to see what needed doing. He followed up by confirming what the agreed scope of work was. He was a delight to have in our home on the day he carried out the work. He was hard working, communicative and he cleaned up at the end! We were delighted with the quality of his workmanship .
