Thibaud was very easy to deal with. He was flexible and obliging with the pick-up and drop-off places and times, and explained the use of the equipment well. We were delighted with the results of working with Grounded NZ. They provided excellent responses to our initial enquiries and communicated very well throughout the whole process. Our ground was tested initially to ensure the stability was suitable to place ground screws in as a supporting foundation and after this confirmation the ground screws were installed. The final test came when the intended building structure was lowered onto the ground screw platform and the result was a 100% perfect placement and a 100% level floor.
