End of tenancy cleaning

The work was not completed., requested them to drop the job as the job was done patchy and incomplete. I own a Bissell carpet cleaner myself that I’ve purchased around $1000 and didn’t use and wanting a professional cleaners to do it. Good people but in my opinion not a professional cleaners and not at the level of other cleaning companies like Dust Busters. I have many photos for before and after but only attached the one that they did.
