I've booked this people but keep changing the times. Might as well cancel them, waste of time! Original plan was 4pm. Because your car broke down, you move it to 1pm, but because there was no power available in our unit. Then you said after 5pm. We've waited past 5pm, you sent a message to my wife that you are no longer coming today and have moved it tomorrow which we can't come due to our busy schedule. And that explains why I gave you 1 star review. Reply: Hi Prince, You booked with us 2pm today and before just 15 min you messaged us no power at property and will back this later evening, now when our van broken down did explained over phone and you said you would like to cancel it and leaving us one star review it’s not explanatory the situation we had and discussed with you.
