Update 2025-10-17: I've had Darren back to work on a few smaller projects since the renovation to the downlights throughout our house earlier this year. One of those was to install a Shelly Pro EM-50 on our switchboard, monitoring two lines: mains and HVAC. One was to run a cable for a future update from natural gas hot water to electric; yet another was to pull a Cat6 twisted-pair Ethernet cable through the attic from one end of the house to the other, so that I can connect a couple of network device together and enjoy fast internet at both ends of our house. Which has worked out exactly as hoped, I might add! TL;DR solid results, no regrets. Darren heard and understood what we were looking to do. Where possible, he suggested options to consider, along with the plusses and minuses of each. As is common with any project, the deliverables shifted a bit here and there after commencement, and Darren was able to shift right along with them. Open and honest communications. It genuinely felt like more of a partnership, which is always refreshing. Darren's experience shaped and guided the project from beginning to end.
