Admin was a little lacking - nobody turned up when I expected and it seemed the job was not properly logged. I was satisfied with the job. Paying was a challenge - my first email was an overdue notice from a third party company. Then I had great difficulty finding a method of payment, bank details etc. Rather frustrating .
