LadySparkle Cleaning is a cut above the rest. We hired them for our move-out clean, and the results were flawless. What truly set them apart was their comprehensive service. The real game-changer was finding out they clean the windows on both the inside AND the outside. This wasn't just an expensive add-on; it was part of their commitment to a proper, thorough clean, unlike other services we got quotes from. If you want the job done right and to a standard that will impress any landlord, look no further.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t what we hoped for. We booked a general clean for $90 (which is listed on the website as 2 hours - beware of this as it is apparently only a guide), and a separate oven clean service for an extra $90. She had overbooked on the day we had initially planned so ended up not coming. We rescheduled for the next day. She came over and stayed for about 1 hour 25 minutes, and several areas were left untouched or poorly done. While the oven was cleaned, the rest of the house wasn’t up to the standard we’d expect from a professional cleaning service. I requested a partial refund for the time and work not completed but this was not provided. To her credit, she did offer a re-clean, but after our experience, we didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with that. Communication was polite, but overall it just wasn’t the right fit for us. I wouldn’t recommend this cleaning company, lots of improvement needed, needs better attention to detail, and perhaps practice in not overbooking services. We also want to clarify that the “2-hour” time listed on our website is an approximate guide for a standard general clean, not a guaranteed duration. In your case, the property required a deep clean due to the level of build-up, particularly in the shower, which was not included in the service you booked. We always aim to provide a respectful and comfortable working environment for both our clients and our team. Unfortunately, in this instance, our staff felt extremely uncomfortable due to being monitored via multiple internal cameras, which added tension and disrupted the workflow. We stand by the quality of our oven clean and did our best to accommodate the rescheduling due to an unforeseen overbooking. While we understand we weren’t the right fit for you, we are confident in the professionalism and integrity of our service, and we continue to improve based on constructive feedback.
