Trispec Group Ltd (t/a Trispec Construction) is a small boutique building company operating within the South Island of NZ. We are a multi-disciplinary construction company covering many aspects of building. We are both PCBU1 and PCBU2 principal contractors and carpentry subcontractors. We cover all building requirements within the residential; small commercial; small industrial; renovation/alterations/extensions; medical and office fit outs; heritage works; decking and pergolas and general carpentry and precast installation works. We are excellent communicators, where you are kept fully informed through every step. On-site safety is of the highest priority. We recognize that the NZ Building code; regulations and standards are the bare minimum to achieve, and we pursue to better these standards in all our building undertakings.
