We contracted Darren to build us a vitex deck in our compact back section, which had an area of concrete and a small patch of grass. We were very impressed by his initial visit, which ended up being an hour of his time free of charge, in which he patiently answered all our questions and suggested some great options we hadn't considered. Once they started work, Darren and Mark spent 4 and a bit days building the deck, and continued to listen and respond to our concerns, questions and requests.They are very friendly and approachable guys. When I requested that they come back and remedy a couple of issues that I was slightly unhappy about, they returned for a final visit and made it right. The final deck looks great and feels solid.
