I would recommended AR Electronics to anyone looking for a very reputable company, that does their job ”Top notch”, the first time!! The owner Avtar is “hands on”, prompt, efficient and delivers on his word. He has exceptional product knowledge and his customer care from the very first contact, to long after the job had been completed, is impressive. At my initial contact I asked many questions re: security cameras. I needed assurance that his company would tailor to my needs. I did a through background on check on A R Electronics and everything was 100% “spot on”. I love that they do not use “cheap, common” products. Their cameras are the same brand used by the NZ Defence force. I needed to be sure that went the electricity went out, my cameras were still running, he ensured this was done. He is extremely helpful, patient and educates us on how to use our system. A R Electronics recommended a brilliant monitoring service, who when the electricity was down, called all 3 nominated contacts, They were abroad at different times and in different countries. The monitoring service is affordable. He even picked up on a big error made by the house alarm company and rectified the problem.

We hired AR Electronics to quote, install, cut over and train two users on a 4-camera + alarm + remote online access security system for our home. Avtar was the first person, in a very long time, to arrive on time (with assistant) if not a few minutes earlier, and completed the job to our satisfaction on time. Excellent customer service, professional workmanship, friendly demeanour, and very helpful. Follow-up service was excellent - to hook up to the internet and to train us users on operating the system. Highly recommended for quality and reliable service.
