Our power went out late one Sunday afternoon, the worst possible timing. Tim was onsite within fifteen minutes of my call and gave us a quick explanation of what was required. The fix unfortunately involved shutting off power to our neighbours too. Tim got everything prepared so once the power was off he could work as quickly as possible and cause as little disruption to our neighbours as possible. The service was fast and professional. Tim knew what would be required from vector and even got the vector contractor onsite to get approval from his boss for something saving us a few hundred dollars. I would recommend Tim to anyone in need of urgent, after hours, or routine electrical work. Thank you!
