I’ve waited and followed up for weeks before writing this review. Zea and Nischay were hired for roof paint which was a relatively straightforward job. Before I hired them the roof fix was done and I made them aware about the effort time and money went into making it watertight. Also the ceilings were reprimed and painted before them hence I had categorically told that if from pressure washing they crack or discover cracks do report before sealing/painting. None of that happened as they were in rush to wrap up the job - one day for washing and other day for paint. The pressure washing cracked the roof at 6 places and it all messed up the ceilings. Had to re-do the entire ceilings with primer and paint costing thousands and pushing out timelines. I did report it to Zea and asked him to repaint the patches where tiles were replaced, he kept making excuses. First busy at work for weeks, then Covid, then family Covid and then silence. Sick and tired of it I had to put down. Zea also removes FB listing which prohibits putting any feedback there. I will be taking them to small claims court As person I liked them but I was completely wrong. They lack empathy for the trouble I’ve been through, they are unreliable as have been chasing them with calls and messages without response, failure to own it up and the most important being competence for all the mess that resulted out of the job. Tread with caution. In my case I am dead sure I will recover all the damages using the legal system Reply: Dear Ray, Thank you for your feedback, and we're eager to address the concerns raised. Throughout the project, Ray wasn't privy to discussions or decisions regarding the work. We were contracted explicitly for waterblasting and painting, not for addressing pre-existing leaks. Varun purchased the property as a do-up and engaged in DIY work, tackling ongoing leaks. Before commencement, Varun requested a roof check, and we suggested rectifying a subpar fix from previous attempts—an option declined due to budget constraints. After the waterblasting and painting, Varun inspected, expressed satisfaction, and paid for the services. The reported tile crack emerged later, promptly addressed despite facing a delay due to our COVID-related isolation. We suspect it occurred during Varun's DIY activities in response to ongoing leaks.
