If I could give no stars I would. 28 October contacted them to fix a drip inside my fire. Mac came around and he said he knew exactly what was wrong. Paid $890 to get it fixed. 27 November emailed to say it was still dripping Mac came out he said he would come back with a camera at the beginning of December. Did not hear from them so contacted them in January and they said they were to busy to come out until February. Ask to come on 13 February advised we were away could I have another date please as at 18 March have not heard from them and my fire is still dripping and I am $890 out of pocket!

Good clean tidy job. Two men turned up on time; one attended to the fire, the other the cowl on the top of the chimney. Sweep was thorough, and fire bricks were correctly reassembled, ( unlike when swept by another local chimney sweep who used an electric drill to rattle a brush in the chimney and refused to go on the roof to clean the cowl.)
