We are a small but highly experienced air conditioning contractor we keep things small so we can give our customers the best possible service. Our owner is a dedicated people person which means you get the care and attention of someone who wants the best for you. From design, installation, repairs and maintenance in both the commercial and residential sectors. We will always provide the best advice through clear and honest communication.
If your job needs more blood, sweat and sometimes tears, we use the friendliest contractors that our owner has met along the way to help us out. The contractors work closely with us and our relationship with them is made through good work ethics, good chat and great results for our customers.

We had our old heat pump die on us. Space Air had good reviews so we asked them to look at it and see if it was worth fixing (22yrs old...). Joel visited, determined what was wrong and recommended replacement, fixing it would be throwing good money after bad, which we agreed with. His quote for replacement came in fast, it was in the ball park, a bit of haggling and we accepted his quote. The date was planned. He contacted us the night before as a reminder. He turned up at the hour specified and the installation was done in 4 1/2 hours. He brought a sparkie, who ran a separate power line to the main board. This had not been anticipated as the previous installation had tapped off another circuit breaker (often in winter, when boiling water, plus toaster plus heat pump, the fuse would trip... a pain). Joel did a deal of using some of the existing installation and contra'ing it with the free installation of the power cable. Joel is great at customer service. I highly recommend.
