Garage Conversion and Bathroom upgrade

We converted this single car attached garage into a laundry and extra bedroom, replacing the garage door with a large double glazed window. We also fully renovated the main bathroom as part of this project.

Gillies Ave Villa Renovation

Our team worked on this large scale project over a period of two years. Located on a private 1 acre section on Gillies Ave, this beautiful 1910 villa demanded the ultimate level of craftsmanship. With 6 bedrooms, 3m high ceilings and original 100+ year old features. The work involved restoration and rot repair as well as a renovation of the lounge, formal sitting, front entrance, bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as the outside areas of the house and roof.
