Hi, I'm an NZ qualified builder with 7 years experience in residential new builds and renovations. I started doing business as a contractor in 2023 and I can offer most kinds of non-restricted building work that does not require a building consent including:
-Decks and pergolas
-New detached buildings under 30 sqm
-Carports, shade sails, fences, outdoor concrete work and paths
-Kitchen and bathroom renovations with existing services
-New non load-bearing walls, internal doors and cabinetry, lining, trim
-Replacement of existing external doors and windows
-Subfloor and ceiling insulation
I'm able to use CAD drawings to visualise and quote jobs, I work efficiently and responsibly and I enjoy collaborating with clients to achieve great results!
