I have only good things to say about Charlie. He is a great communicator and was quick with providing a quote, he worked so hard while at my place (even drank his cups of tea while working!) and he is darn nice to deal with too! My job was a bit torturous as it involved adding recycled bricks to a wall that had been poorly made about 60 years ago, so he had to muck about with trying to align the new with the old and yet he didn't complain. I totally love the end result!
