We recently had Matt from MP Build completely replace the roof on our fire-damaged accommodation. As this building was the old Belgrove Railway Station, we were keen to preserve the existing building for the future. Matt was an absolute godsend. He dealt with all the consents, offered solutions to problems we hadn't considered and did a professional job of the work, which was extensive, he was also a very likeable guy who was a pleasure to have around. We are extremely happy with the work Matt did and have no hesitation in recommending him wholeheartedly for any building work, large or small. He was great to work with and came up with elegant, practical solutions for both projects. His warm nature, kindness and great building skills made both projects go smoothly. Matt did some framework and door installations for us as we are so pleased we found him. He worked so fast and skillfully we were very impressed. He's also just a really nice guy and a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend MP Build for small or large jobs, he's fast, accurate with great communication and came in on budget. I recently engaged Matt (owner MP Build) to undertake a shed conversion on my property. We had an under-utilised large shed, that was n need of tic that we wanted to turn Into a bedroom, with ensuite and also create a laundry. I contacted Matt to get a quote he responded promptly and his quote was competitive. I engaged Matt and asked him to not only do the building work but to also manage the project. Matt sorted a plumber, an electrician,, a painter & a carpet layer. The quality of the workmanship and the quality of the fixtures & fittings exceeded my expectations. The project was done on budget and on time, bearing in mind the work was done over November, December & January. Communications throughout the project were excellent.
