Mattie and the team were fantastic for our rental in Te Puke, their communication is top notch, sent photos of the job before and after so could see the great work done, very competitive pricing and picked up some additional repair work that needed doing and did it in a very timely manner. Definitely a 5 star review for Mattie and his team of Steve and Casey! We were redesigning our pool area to put in a larger above ground pool.  We didn't have any landscape contacts, so I put out a request on Bark and Mattie was one of the 3 companies that contacted me.  From the get-go, Mattie could visualise our project and even at the quoting stage, made some excellent suggestions and tweaks to get the best finished product.  We needed groundworks, demolition of old decking/playground and old fencing/windbreaks, concreting, new fencing and windbreaks installed and general landscaping in our outdoor pool and playground area.  Mattie's quote came in well under the other providers and could fit in our timing to have it ready for summer. So, we chose Mattie and his team - we are so grateful we did!! Our expectations were far exceeded!  Hard workers, respectful, great skill base and expert knowledge, insightful suggestions, quality workmanship, good communication, definitely go the extra mile, strive for perfection, value for money, adaptable and able to problem solve when things cropped up, and all around, just a great bunch of guys!  The project morphed as it progressed with things getting added in, changed, or occasional unforeseen challenge - Mattie kept us updated of changing costs so there were no surprises with the end bill.  It was awesome to have Mattie project managing and coordinating any additional contractors required.  The finished product is even better than we envisioned and we are so grateful to Mattie and his great team for the quality job done in a relatively short timeframe and at a fair price.  We have been recommending them to others and would definitely use again!  Thanks again! Mattie arrived on time and finished the job while we were away. I received a text from Mattie an hour later saying that the job was finished. Mattie and his team did an amazing job of my garden. We’re extremely happy with the work done on our garden — it’s completely transformed and looks better than it has in years. Mattie, Steve and Casey were impressive with their punctuality, work ethic and professionalism. They did an extremely good fencing job, clearing the old fence, disposing of same and replacing with a strong wooden construction. My neighbours and I were impressed. GV Contracting were 1 of 6 companies that provided quotes for a 33 meter fence replacement. They responded quickly and professionally, attended site and provided a simple and easy to understand quote. They accepted proposed changes to the original statement of work and adjusted there quote accordingly. There final quote was competitively priced and was accepted. The work was performed according to the agreed schedule. Workmanship was excellent as was communication and interaction during the work. Quality of finished work was excellent and the site left neat and tidy. I would use them again for similar work or anything they committed to as they have earned our confidence in them.
