Exterior front door repair or replace.

After painting the door, it expanded and wouldn't fit. He forced it several times, loosening the aluminum frame. He shaved the top to make it fit but the frame was loose. His quick fix was a screw before leaving. Had to call him back when the lock didn't work. He returned, added two more screws instead of fixing it properly, and now the lock works intermittently. It's been a week with no reply to messages or calls. Extremely disappointed with his lack of accountability.

Hired Spall to replace a retaining border around the tree area: he gave me several options, advised on what’s best and did a great job removing the old border and installing a new one.
