Brendan was excellent at communicating, and very professional, he was honest about not being able to do part of the work as it may have caused more damage which I appreciate, he gave me a time and date he would do the work and followed up with a reminder, and turned up to do the work as planned, very professional I stopped in to see him on the day and was impressed with the workmanship, he had removed all the sill bricks and was fixing them all properly I was so happy with that!
