Daniel has specialized in renovations, repairs, and new buildings as a qualified LBP since 2016, and as a sole trades since 2020. He also recently hired an apprentice, Lasse.

New Fence

The fence at this house was looking old and tired, so we built a new one with some additional landscaping by the front gate. We worked with the customer to come up with the design, adding some fresh street appeal to this house!

Leaky home remediation

We were engaged after the customer had a building report completed showing some areas of water damage requiring remediation in order for the council to issue a CCC. Fixing the extent of the damage presented some challenges, requiring us to replace the full wall frame while retaining the rest of the building. We rebuilt the rotten wall frame and re-installed the old windows with new sill trays, jamb battens, and head flashings, and new cladding to bring the building back up to modern standards.

Chimney Removal / New Doors

For this job, we removed an old obsolete chimney from the customer's lounge, and installed two new sliding doors. The results were great, with a heap of extra space opened up in the lounge.

Daniel and Lassie did an excellent job of installing a high, angled gib ceiling with insulation. Daniel's quote was the most competitive, workmanship was fantastic and friendly communication throughout. He arranged for prompt plastering and helped ensure we had the mobile scaffold hire for long enough to paint and fit the light after his work was done. Happily accommodated our request to insulate part-way through the job (I had forgotten to discuss prior). Highly recommend Daniel and Lassie.

Daniel was great to work with. He provided the most competitive quote & the work installing the false ceiling was completed quickly & efficiently. Excellent workmanship & attention to detail. Daniel was also very helpful in sub-contracting & organising the plasterers & liaison with electricians. I would happily engage him again.
