Massive laundry renovation.
We converted a very small laundry with an inconveniently placed door into the bathroom into a new room with a custom new door a deletion of the old door and custom cabinets with bench and sink.
Small premium grade pine deck.
Small deck for clients with minimal outdoor space who wanted an area they could spend there days in the sun.
New fence between two properties
New fence to replace the old rotten and falling over one that was there.
Internal to external gutter conversion
Here we converted an old rusted internal gutter and coloursteel fascia for a new pine fascia and marley pvc gutter system to the clients requests. New downpipes were installed all around. A lot of soffit sheets were water damaged from leaks and we replaced these too. All painting completed by us to.
Laundry conversion

Retaining wall upgrade
Removing an old damaged retaining wall and old punga retaining wall. Removing some of the old bank compacting ground and increasing yard area by 1m. Construct new retaining wall with garden feature on top.
