Leaking roof and maintenance

Overall looks reasonable for the price quoted. Communication could be improved for the sub contractors. One sealer applied and only one top coat (quote was for 2) Update: Roof started leaking, Run it Up roofing had three attempts to fix it. Finally had to get another company in to fix it and replace tiles that were missed in the first attempt.
