What an experience with Thomas, I initially thought I needed his services after advice from a laminate manufacturers recommendation. Instead Thomas gave me a way forward, without the use of his services, very honest! I contacted Thomas from Floorical Flooring and within 2 days he visited our home for a measure & quote, with his flooring samples. I found Thomas knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was under a time constraint to have the flooring laid and Thomas tried his best to meet my deadline. However, he was unable to install the flooring himself so he arranged for someone else to do the job for us. We were very grateful to him. He didn't keep us hanging. Thankyou Thomas.
