Tom was fantastic to work with. He coordinated quickly with the Agent (very important with a 7 day condition), kept us updated throughout the whole process, and provided immediate feedback after the inspection. His final report was comprehensive, well-structured and easy to understand, giving us a clear picture of the homes condition and any areas needing attention both immediately and in the future for ongoing maintenance. Highly recommended.
