Great customer service when I rang although I asked for an estimate - so I had an idea of cost if we would claim insurance or not and I didn't realise this didn't include GST which bumped price up. The guys rang before they came and then did come when they said and were friendly and did the job quickly. Happy with the service. Amazingly fast after hours service. They have an answering service so I thought "here we go" and was not expecting a call back but the call came within a few minutes. Very impressed. The site was secured within a couple of hours and the glass replaced within a few days (it had to be specially ordered).
