Laundry ceiling replacement

Part of the work had to be redone due to the new paint cracking on the ceiling. I suspect the repair was not given sufficient time to dry properly before painting over it. Close up photos of the poor repair and repaired repair are added. Insulfluff insulation from the ceiling was placed in the properties recycling bin - Not OK for the tenants, council or environment. All in all it got done at a reasonable price and time frame. I won't be using this tradesperson again.
