Ben was a pleasure to deal with. We needed soil and lawn for a new build house. We had a lot of rain over September/October meaning a lot of delays while we waited for the ground to dry out sufficiently for levelling and laying the grass. Ben communicated regularly and managed expectations. He offered sensible options and helped with raising a air conditioning unit - all at zero hassle to us.
