With stat holidays and unexpected disruptions to the schedule in Jan & Feb, Eunice and her team are now committed to a fortnightly sched from late Feb. Eunice directs her team, delegating tasks clearly and reviews their progress so they complete tasks efficiently. Eunice incorporated my one off requests into her workload. I am hopeful that the team will settle into a rhythm now that they are familiar with what's expected.
