Happy to discuss your issue over the phone or mail prior to a visit to explore possible solutions first.

For all on-site service calls and appliance repairs, a call out fee of $135 plus materials (if any) for initial visit.
$100 /h labour for first hour, then charged every half hour after. No travel charge.

Once the issue is identified, I will provide a separate, detailed quote for the parts and labor required for the final repair. This ensures you have all the information before any further work begins.
