Price Projects recently completed Earthworks for a rental property on the North Shore. The section was in disarray, with concrete slabs, vegetation, tree stumps, and rubbish that needed to be removed, as well as excess spoil left from previous contractors. We first broke out the concrete, removed the vegetation, tree stumps, and rubbish, and then imported a reasonable amount of topsoil to tidy up the front section. Working closely with the client, we established their budget and expectations and created a plan that aligned with those requirements. The client was impressed with our overall project delivery and scored us 5/5 in all areas on their BC review upon completion. Cost Efficient Tidy Up - South Auckland
Our recent client Tony from Kiwirail had a job that had been sitting on the to do list to long. His section was cluttered with tree stumps, concrete, and rubbish left behind by previous contractors. We were called in to perform a cost-effective tidy up Price Projects swiftly removed all the debris and waste, leaving Tony's property clean and ready for a fresh start. We laid down imported screened topsoil enhancing the overall appearance of the area. The best part was that we managed to complete the job before Tony's wife returned from work, surprising her with a transformed landscape. 200m Driveway Clearing & Gabion Rock Silt Drains - Swanson.
Price Projects succesfully completed a project involving the clearing of Agapanthus on a 100m long concrete driveway, which had become overgrown and unsightly over the years. Our team accomplished the following tasks to transform the site: - Created an onsite tiphead to save the client tipping fees - Cut new Watertables to redirect water flow and reduce mud flow on the driveway - Installed subsoil drains around the house - Buried an old bathtub - Cleared blackberry bushes and vegetation in the paddocks - Imported a small amount of Gabion Rocks to tidy up the entrance ways and existing retaining wall - Completed a chemical waterblast of the entire site and driveway on exit, resulting in a clean and tidy finish. The project was executed on "charge up," and we provided regular updates to the client for budget tracking. Emergency Retaining Wall Siteworks - Glendene
Price Projects was contracted to rebuild a retaining wall that had collapsed and damaged a shed due to poor construction & bamboo growth. Despite the tight access site, we successfully executed the project with the following scope of works: - Assist in Negotiating contracts with neighbors for budgets and pricing - Demolition and removal of the existing retaining wall - Excavation and removal of bamboo and vegetation - Drilling and building the new wall - Prepping the pathway and digging out a grass bank to create a parking pad for a boat The client chose to have the project done on a charge-up basis, and we successfully met his budget requirements. Quick Horse Float Parking Bay & Driveway Pot hole Repairs - Swanson
Price Projects was contracted by a local horse club to perform a quick and cost-effective repair on their driveway and parking area, as they had an influx of horses arriving and needed a safe and stable surface to park on. We quickly excavated the topsoil and spread the dirt in a low spot on the farm to save tipping expenses. To keep costs down, we utilized recycled aggregate for the repair. The horse riders were delighted to have a safe and stable area to park in such short notice, and the client was very pleased with the final outcome. We look forward to returning to hardcut the entire driveway and shape the property in preparation for future projects. Realign & lay Paving Stones + Timber & keystone Retaining - North Shore
We were contracted to fix a driveway that you couldnt drive up! We installed a small timber Retaining Wall to jack the heights up giving the client as level parking pad, We uplifted the existing paving stones, scraped & laid new basecourse, Relaid pavers at a gentle grade, Installed a small keystone block Retainer for a tidy finish!
