Price Projects recently completed a 45m boundary fence and new gates in Long Bay, North Shore, catering to a client on a tight budget. We provided a cost-efficient solution with our standard rail and pail fence option with additional gates for accessibility. St Heilers Entrance Upgrade
Price Projects Limited recently completed 2 projects in St. Heliers, Initially, we were contracted to dig a trench under the client's house to intall new drainage as they had experience flooding issues, this was a challenging process with limited access resulting in all spoil to be passed out a cubby door and wheel barrowed to our onsite tip truck, We installed geo cloth, a new subsoil drain & backfilled. Following the upgraded drainage system, we were asked to transform the front entrance by removing all concrete pathways, a failing retaining wall, and boxed gardens. We installed new perimeter subsoil drains for water re diversion & futher control, accompanied by the construction of a front-mounted retaining wall and surrounding boxed gardens to open the space. We then cultivated & prepared the existing the lawn and installed a brand new ready lawn, creating a lush, inviting entrance for our client. When the devastating Auckland floods wreaked havoc on our client's backyard, destroying cherished gardens, washing away an existing retaining wall and stormwater chamber, and leaving the deck foundations undermined and in an unsafe state, our dedicated team stepped in to bring back the beauty and functionality of their yard. Working closely with homeowners, we understand the importance of aligning with vision and budget. Despite facing challenges, such as limited digger access here, our experienced team rose to the challenge, completing the project efficiently and to the highest standards. In just four days, we skillfully cleared the area of all broken tree's & debris, hand-dug new garden beds, demolished & removed the old deck, reinstated the stormwater chamber and secured it, constructed a brand-new deck that not only meets safety requirements but also provides a space for relaxation and enjoyment. Our team installed two sturdy retaining walls that seamlessly blend with the surroundings and added three gorgeous garden beds to enhance the aesthetics of the property. Recognizing the significance of proper water management, we implemented a new drainage system that ensures efficient water flow. To maximize accessibility and convenience, we incorporated decorative white chip, creating a dry and accessible area that leads to the clothesline. Additionally, we took meticulous care in mulching all the gardens, lending a touch of elegance to the landscape. We also revitalized the lawn by reseeding it using premium lawn mix and high-quality grass seed. Brand New Boundary Fence In Swanson
Price Projects recently completed the full demolition & replacement of a 120m boundary fence in Swanson. Our scope included, - Negotiating & leasing with 4 neighbors to assist them with insurance claims. - Full Demo & Removal of Existing Fnece - Installing a new retained system to stop neighboring gardens from enroaching on the new fenceline - Install 120m x 1.8high standard timber rail & pail fencing Initially this project looked straight forward, howver once we took the existing fence down we found an unforseen underground footing that required additional rock breaking, although challenging we still managed to complete the project as per our agreed schedules, and clients budget. We are thrilled that our client was happy with the end result and has asked us to come back and do the final landscaping before the property is put on the market. Stepped, Capped 1.8m Fence
Our valued Client Vincent recently got us back in to continue his new fenceline in glendene, this time removing the old fence between him & his neighbor & replacing with our 1.8m capped & stepped design, this project also required concrete breaking to the exisitng garden edging which our contractors reinstated with concrete upon completion, A work in progress as our client is slowing but surely working his way to a new boundary!
