James has recently completed remedial work on my home, and was great at prioritizing and fitting the job in to meet the tight deadline I had (selling house). He is great at communicating his timeframe and costs etc. He worked extra hours to get the job done on time, and did it to a great standard with passing the final council inspection with flying colours.
