Outstanding. My hot water cylinder in my ChCh rental basically melted down about a month ago on the Friday before the weekend of Matariki. Cue panic as I live and work in Hamilton. After about 4 hours of phone calls and texts I was able to secure Joe almost immediately on the Saturday through Builderscrack saving everyone concerned much stress. He repaired promptly and professionally on the Monday and has been the biggest assistance to me in my 15 years as a landlord
