Quote was super budget-friendly which was a big plus. Unfortunately, few hiccups along the way: agreed appointment didn't work out as planned and this had a slight communication challenge as it needed some follow-ups to reschedule. Second attempt had another setback, but the third worked out. Big props for going the extra mile to fit the job after work hours. The original quote stayed put even after the extra trip. They did their best to make it right which I appreciated.
