We agreed on $800- he quoted without coming to the site (Includes a bathroom extractor fan set up for which he quoted a fixed price). He ended up asking for $900 stating my roof cavity was messy? (Barely took the two guys an hour for a $350 installation ). We agreed on Manrose (brand) installation and he put in a cheap one without my knowledge -I realised this after I paid him. Did nothing after I confronted him. Overall poor experience, I only hope the products last for a fair time.

20/02 - Contacted Raj. He was on to it initially ! Asked me to send some photos of the Oven, even though I sent him the Model /seriel number sticker photo which is found inside on the side of the oven door. I found that a bit strange as my regular technician doesn't need any of these details, just the make and the issue. I followed up on the 23rd of Feb, Raj replied to come over the next day. No show . I wouldnt deal with him in future. It wa s a waste of mine and my tenants time.
