Hi there, BRN PROPERTY SERVICES have been providing painting and decorating services for more than 25 years. While we have specialised in larger maintenance projects e.g. retirement homes, schools, motels, HNZ properties, Body Corp properties, etc., we also do smaller residential jobs from time to time. With our recent move to Waikato, we are looking to SPECIALISE in roofing work e.g. spray painting and water blasting. As painters/decorators, we carry our own scaffolding EQUIPMENT, commercial ladders, roof kits/harnesses & ropes. COMMERCIAL water blaster (1000Ltr tank & trailer), 2 other (smaller) commercial blasters, 2 spray units, as well as standard STOCK of consumables we painters need on the fly. Being well-resourced allows us to provide QUALITY services at AFFORDABLE prices - something we are more than happy to pass on to our customers in these challenging times.

Our work carries a 5-year WARRANTY and with Guthrie Bowron as our preferred Trade Outlet, our jobs take in the Dulux 10-year paint GUARANTEE as well.

BRN Property Services are a GST registered business, have Public Liability INSURANCE, and employ EXPERIENCED contractors CERTIFIED and experienced in Health & Safety and Industry Standards work. Currently, our contractors are EWP qualified, and are recently re-certified in Site Safety and First Aid.

Our contractors/subcontractors are fully vaccinated.

Thanks Brian and Pairaihi (BRN Property Services), you did an awesome job. It was a difficult project - stripping very old wallpaper throughout the unit, cleaning up, plastering and painting ceilings, walls, wardrobes, cupboards etc. Then, BRN volunteered to clean up and paint the heating unit as well. Terrific workmanship, competitive price, reliable and great follow up on touch ups. No issues. Recommend BRN 110%. The owner next door was so impressed, he a gave BRN the next job.

Lovely job, I am so pleased with the result. Joint family effort by Bryan and his crew who were great to work with. All floors were covered in plastic wrap which was very useful for the entire renovation process. They were very polite about my colour choices (yes there is no grey in this house). Dulux paints very good.

I would never use this company again. Terrible communication. Dont do or turn up when scheduled. Dont answer phone so can organise a schedule. End up having to do work myself. Totally unprofessional having a worker contact owner to see if invoice paid. When invoice only received 2 days prior.
