Good quality tidy job, good communication, and they accommodated our holiday schedule . Full house paint strip with lead paint base layer, including under the eaves, except windows that we had done previously. They used chemical paint stripper and a lot (!) of elbow grease. They liaised with the scaffolding company and sent the builder for quote and repairs at the right time. We appreciated that they confirmed with us that the colours were in the right place before finalising the first coat (they were correct). Tidy clean finish. When the fiber got pulled out accidentally during stripping, the boss emailed me within 10min saying that they will pay for repair costs. John and the crew are very hardworking and careful painters with great attention to details. They have repainted my weatherboard townhouse with full paint strip in 3 weeks. The finish looks good and smooth, with minimal imperfections. They left area reasonably clean. Their quote was also competitive and didn't bankrupt us :) 6 month later some rust started leaking through on old waste pipe, which John very promptly re-painted at no cost. I don't plan to do anything with the paint for the next 5 years for sure. P.S. The team is very polite and easy to deal with, they also very prompt at everything. A quick feedback on the job & the price. I requested the Job of waterblasting & staining of my deck to be done in the same week and I accepted the quoted price provided which was both fair and reasonable.
