Replacement of kitchen cabinet door due to swelling

We required a kitchen cabinet door to be replaced. Grant was lovely to deal with and the job was done to a very high standard. However, the communication was a bit varied. Sometimes he would say he would get back to me within a day or two, and it would be a week later. However, as this wasn't an urgent job, the minor delays didn't inconvenience us too much and we were still happy with the overall result.
