hi ive been in the building industry for 35 years from commercial to domestic dwellings . My business is currently focusing on domestic building maintenance as our specialty as we feel that is what the market needs a no job to small approach to heip out our home owners and rental properties that just cant get a tradies to do that small job. we provied a prompt and helpful pleasant approach to all our undertakings with a craftmans approach to doing quality work. looking forward to making new life long clients.

Several jobs on two properties to get the houses up to healthy homes standards for draughts. Restring a clothesline, replace a vanity, check for dampness, fix a hole and skirting in the toilet . Covid lockdowns hit and I have been unable to view the property and see the workmanship. Communication was ok. Schedule was completely thrown out by lockdown but got done. Cost was ok. Lance was the only person I could find who got back to me and he did it. Thank you.

Lance is a super chap and took on my small unusual job ( creating plywood hearts for my craft work) with much enthusiasm and expertise. We communicated by phone and text easily and Lance then completed the job the very next day! I was thrilled with his work and especially his lovely manner.
