I would highly recommend Leo. Communication was good. The quote was accurate. The job was completed within the expected timeframe. He made cost effective suggestions when we came across unexpected rot. He respected my preferences. The place was left very clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away. I will certainly use Leo again if I need more work done :)
