Every communication regarding progress and reason for delays was initiated by me. Not proactive. I spent 2.5 hours removing the last of the tree stumps before concrete could go down as job was not done properly. The contractor damaged our fence palings in driveway. Notified me and replaced palings as you would expect. Agreed to repaint fence but as of 1 month later still not done. Full of excuses with no appreciation this was unacceptable to customer. Would not use again or recommend.
