Context: Just after covid lockdowns and most trades people were under the pump. Ruahine Property Works were excellent. We moved an 80s single bedroom dwelling on to our whenua with the intentions of giving the whare ( home ) a makeover. Ruahine Property Works did minor and major work, the biggest work to replace the bathroom floor and install the shower, replace gib, gib stopping and lay the floor. The co-ordination with Dave Barber and our plumber was excellent. All trades people worked harmoniously during the process with professionalism. We have dealt with a multitude of trades and Council workers during our project and I can honestly say nothing is perfect, but what you get in the end is good quality kiwi workmanship from local people. Thanks to the office staff, the boss who was tentative and of course the team. Many thanks.

Flax bushes were removed within minutes of their team arriving; great communication and workmanship and their guys are very respectful to the clients and their property. We've also had gutters cleaned too, our place is too high for me to judge the quality of work but the drains are no longer overflowing and the house is still standing. Haha. Awesome and appreciated
