Superb service! 10 out of 10. We needed a new large lawn from scratch (involving a digger, tonnes and tonnes of topsoil delivered and spread, plus the hydroseeding), and a berm beside the lawn shaped. Ruahine Property Works were excellent from start to finish. They have awesome, professional people, from the admin to the working crew, who all take great care to deliver the best service possible. The work was done very well. I had a dishwasher installed and the hole in the cupboards was very straight and neat. The electrician wired a double plug under the sink from an electrical socket in the laundry behind the kitchen by running a conduit around the wall. It saved tearing out the wall boards as the home is rented. The plumber did an excellent job in tapping into the water pipe under the floor. This is an ex state house so not straightforward.
