Established in the Waikato 2002, Property Services Unlimited is a proudly locally owned and operated business with branches in Hamilton and Tauranga.
We've been providing businesses and communities trained, industry-experienced, professional Cleaning Services since 2002,
Restoration and Remediation Services since 2007 and Certified Asbestos Removal Services since 2018.
With a wide range of Cleaning and Restoration services including - Regular Commercial Cleaning, Window and Exterior Cleaning, Builders and Vacancy Cleans, Vinyl Floor Maintenance, Mould Sampling and Remediation, Fire and Smokes Restoration, Flood and Water Restoration, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Pest Control and Asbestos Testing, Removal and Disposal.
We're committed to having fully trained team members to be compliant with industry standards; including Restoration Industry Association (RIA) standards, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) Certifications and Standards, plus NZQA and Worksafe NZ Standards for Asbestos Removal.
We also understand the importance of Workplace Health and Safety and getting our team members home safe and well at the end of the day. We have up to date Health and Safety policies, high standards and systems in place to ensure this and can be available on request.
