BuildersCrack says that a 1 star review is: "Tradesperson highly unprofessional, or failed to turn up/reply". Well, Jacky/JC Electrical eventually stopped replying at all, so hence this is clearly 1 star. Would not respond to follow up messages asking for quotes, and became increasingly short/rude over messages, particularly those not sent through the BuildersCrack portal. I see this is the second recent 1 star communication review for Jacky/JC Electrical, perhaps the start of a trend. Beware!
