He did a very tidy and thorough job and picked up some extra little pieces of maintenance that he explained and costed what was required so I could either approve or reject the work. Chris was also amenable to do some extra handyman work for me that I quite literally sprung on him as a surprise but he was happy to be of service. Happy with the outcome of the job.
