I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by AB.Electrical Ltd. Great communication, prompt attention to my problem and very professional in every way. The Ripple Relay had caught fire in my meter box, and melted in the fire, along with most of the electric wires, causing me to be without hot water for two weeks. Neither Vector or Genesis would advise me what to do, or help me, so I contacted AB Electrical and they were fantastic. Special thanks to Sam, who competently undertook this complex work and fixed the problem. Also Clynton, who helped advocate for me with Vector and Genesis to have my problem sorted.
